Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time and you will keep access until the end of the current period.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your first payment. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or in case of a billing error.

How to Request a Refund

Email us with your account email and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
